What is included in the tour price?
Fantasy Pro Sports Tours Inc. has many different tours, which include a variety of attractions, food and accommodations. Please check each itinerary or ask your sales agent for what is included.
What form of payment is accepted?
Fantasy Pro Sports Tours Inc. can accept cash, cheques, money order, e-transfer, visa or mastercard received more than 14 business days prior to departure of the trip. After payment is made, the customer is provided with an invoice and an itinerary of the tour schedule and events.
What am I allowed to bring?
What you can and can't bring depends on the duration of the trip. A list of recommended items to bring and items that are prohibited on tours is listed on the term and conditions or itinerary of your specific tour (i.e. our bus tours allow 1 piece of luggage and 1 carry on).
Should we purchase insurance for Fantasy Pro Sports Tours?
Fantasy Pro Sports Tours Inc. strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance through Kanetix or any insurance provider.
What identification should I take with me?
It is always advised to bring personal identification on all Fantasy Pro Sports Tours Inc. tours. Any events taking place over the border requires a Passport. How much spending money should I take with me?
This is a common question for travellers and is very difficult to answer. The amount of money you may spend varies for each individual and there are many issues to consider. Make sure that you have read your itinerary completely and you are aware of what is and isn't included. Budget for all meals that are not included and money for shopping and souvenirs.
Is there an age limit on your tours?
People of all ages are welcome to travel on our tours; however, children must be accompanied by an adult and the adult is responsible for all documentation needed to cross the border on tours travelling outside Canada. Parents are reminded that the majority of our tours (unless advertised as family events or kids team tours) are intended for adults and may not be enjoyed by, or be suitable for children. Feel free to ask about details on a specific trip if you have any questions.
What if the weather is bad, does the bus tour still go?
All scheduled bus tours will proceed regardless of weather conditions. The drivers are experienced coach drivers and are looking out for the safety of each passenger at all times.
Will we need to organize our own meals on the trip?
Fantasy Pro Sports Tours Inc. is not responsible for any meals supplied on our tours. Some hotels will offer a breakfast included but it is the responsibility of the guests to supply and purchase their own meals.
Can we get our money back once we have paid in full?
All Fantasy Pro Sports Tours Inc. tours sales are non-refundable but are transferable to another tour or person.
Will we receive our package tickets in the mail or do we have to pick them up?
To avoid lost or damaged tickets, Fantasy Pro Sports Tours Inc. prefers to hand out all tickets on the day of departure for bus tours. All other tours will be mailed or emailed to each guest prior to travel on all tours.
What can I bring back duty free from the US?
After a stay of 24 hours or more (but less than 48 hours) in the United States, a Canadian citizen or resident may return to Canada with: • CND $50.00 worth of goods, tax and duty free, per person • Any purchases of alcohol or tobacco may be subject to duties and taxes After a stay of over 48 hours or more (but less than 7 days) in the United States, a Canadian citizen or resident may return to Canada with: • CND $400.00 worth of goods, tax and duty free, per person • Purchases may include 1.14 litres (40 ounces) of liquor or 1 case of beer (24x355ml cans/bottles) or 1.5 litres of wine plus 200 cigarettes (1 carton), 50 cigars or cigarillos, 200 tobacco sticks, and 200 grams of manufactured tobacco. After a stay of over 7 days or more in the United States, a Canadian citizen or resident may return to Canada with: • CND $750.00 worth of goods, tax and duty free, per person • Purchases may include 1.14 litres (40 ounces) of liquor or 1 case of beer (24x355ml cans/bottles) or 1.5 litres of wine plus 200 cigarettes (1 carton), 50 cigars or cigarillos, 200 tobacco sticks, and 200 grams of manufactured tobacco.
What does Single, Double, Triple and Quad mean?
Fantasy Pro Sports Tours Inc. rates are based on the number of clients that would be in each room. For instance, if you were traveling by yourself you would pay the Single rate. If there were two of you sharing one room you would each pay the double rate and so on. Most tours only accommodate 4 per room however exceptions have been made for families where there are two adults and 3 children.
Does the coach have washroom facilities with the bus tours?
All of the busses we us are 47 - 56 Passenger Deluxe Motor Coaches are equipped with a washroom at the back of the coach. These coaches also have televisions and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable ride to and from the event.
Why do I have to sign a Liability Release Form?
All Fantasy Pro Sports Tours Inc. clients must sign a liability release form to acknowledge that travel insurance has been offered. All forms must be signed and handed into the tour coordinator or sales agent prior to departure. Due to the nature of our excursions we require that all passengers are aware of everyone's responsibility and the conduct we adhere to during our trips. If for any reason a passenger is not willing to co-operate within our guidelines we reserve the right to refuse them from continuing on the tour.
